These Modern Concrete Grade Crossings are the first ever produced in HO Scale! Much time was spent in designing the grade crossings to ensure that they are not only exactly correct for the prototype, but they worked correctly with 99% of the rolling stock available.
These concrete grade crossings are made to simulate two-lane highway crossings though adding sets together will create a crossing of any length for any size road.
Molded in gray plastic with a depth of .060", these crossings will work easily in Code 70, 83, and 100 rail. Each package makes a crossing that is roughly 5.5" in length.
These crossings simply glue in place on straight track!
For added detail, we recommend painting the crossing a lighter gray, outlining the simulated metal borders with either orange or gray paint (depending on the prototype) and weathering the crossings to emphasize the smaller details.
